Snowmass Casanova's Condor is the most amazing package! Beautifully soft fiber, uniform crimp, density throughout and extreme fineness, along with the sweetest personality you could imagine. His fiber carries high frequency throughout it and is extremely fine. He passes these traits on to his progeny who can boast very fine fleece.
Condor's dam was originally imported by Snowmass and is true black. On his sire’s side he boasts the exceptional bloodlines of the famous Snowmass Peruvian Casanova. He was the high seller at the 2002 Celebrity Futurity Auction where he sold for an amazing $147,000! He had a micron count of 18.3 at 3.5 years of age and his recent histogram is still under 25 microns at over 9 years of age!
Condor carries on those traits in a beautiful fawn grey color. Condor has exceptional uniformity of his crimp and still retains fineness at the age of 5 with an AFD of 22. Condor sired four crias in 2006 and all were females!
His progeny came in first place in the 2006 NW Fiber Odyssey, first in the 2007 NW Alpaca Showcase (halter) and 2nd place in the 2008 NW Showcase. Condor has thrown predominantly girls and in a rainbow of colors - from white to black to rose grey.
