Snowmass Matrix Premier XX is the elite fleeced son of the famous Snowmass Matrix who recently sold for $675K.
Matrix is the finest fleeced, highest curvature Quechua son standing in the world. He is a compact robust and well proportioned stud, perfect overall score in frame, bite, body, and reproductive anatomy. He has a fleece that extends its superior qualities over his entire frame.
WITH ONLY 11 ENTRIES HE TOOK RESERVE HERDSIRE OF THE YEAR IN US FUTURITY 2008 IN BOTH LIGHT AND COLOR.
THE CONSISTENCY OF EXCELLENCE IN HIS PROGENY IS BEYOND REFUTE. Matrix has what could be called a Merino x Vicuna style of crimp. He has a bit more organization in the expression of crimp than a true vicuna but a very high frequency of crimp indicative in the vicuna qualities. Most importantly this stud exhibits an extreme fineness, brightness, and consistency of fineness which is seen in the extension into extremities(hip, belly, shoulder neck and head). He has held these qualities as he has aged which is exactly what Snowmass Alpacas looks and breeds for.
Snowmass Matrix Premier can also boast royalty out of his dam’s side as well. He is out of Snowmass Chaccu Kachina who is from a long line of excellent fleece producers as well which goes all the way back to a Grand Sollocota import Peruvian Prestige.
Snowmass Matrix Premier has beautiful confirmation and his personality is very sweet and calm. His fiber exudes the characteristics of his famous sire in fineness, consistency and superior quality.
Snowmass Matrix Premier is wholly owned by Snowmass Alpacas.

NAVIGATOR'S CAPRI
| BEIGE |
We are have such a large number of cria this season that we've decided we must sell a couple of girls that we hate to part with. Navigator's Capri is a beautiful Onyx Grey Navigator daughter and she is blessed with her sire's attributes along with her dam's award winning genetics.
Capri has a beautiful head, perfect conformation and bite, bone, consistent crimp, fabulous staple length, density and coverage galore. She also has that regal stature and presence that Navigator is known to pass along to his crias.
Her dam, Snowmass Moonflower, is a great mother, easy birther and excellent milker. Moonflower is the stunning daughter of 5Peruvian Chaccu. Moonflower is very dense, has consistent crimp structure to her fiber and good fineness for her age. She is one of our very best producers and has produced many, many terrific anaimals.
Snowmass Moonflower's sire, 5Peruvian Chaccu is an extremely dense male that Julie Skinner of Snowmass Alpacas has refered to as the densest male she had seen.
